How every trade settles
  1. Buyer pays
  2. Domiciled account
  3. Your business

One charge per trade. No property collateral.

How it works

Invoice Discounting, step by step.

  1. 01

    Deliver and invoice

You supply a strong buyer and raise an invoice on deferred payment terms.

  2. 02

    We verify and advance

We verify the invoice and the buyer, agree the price for this trade, and release most of the invoice value.

  3. 03

    Your buyer settles

On the due date your buyer pays into the domiciled account. Our single charge is deducted and the balance is released to you.

For example

A packaging supplier to a brewery

The supplier invoices the brewery on deferred terms. Instead of waiting for the brewery to pay, it receives most of the invoice value within days and keeps its production line running.

Ideal for
  • Suppliers to manufacturers, FMCG and energy companies
  • Businesses carrying long buyer payment terms
  • Vendors to technology companies and telcos

Invoice Discounting

Your invoice is the security. Your buyer's payment settles it.

Why not a bank loan

Priced per trade, by negotiation.

A bank prices the facility. We price the trade, and the trade itself is the security.

XchangeBox: A single settlement from your buyer's payment
Pricing

How each trade is priced.

There is one charge per trade, agreed with you before funding, based on these factors.

Tenor of the trade

How long the money is out before the trade settles.

Speed of repayment

How quickly the buyer is expected to pay into the domiciled account.

Buyer or offtaker strength

The standing and payment record of the company paying for the goods.

Track record and security

Your history of completed trades and any additional security offered.

Derisking clarity

How clearly the documents and payment flow tie the trade to its repayment.

No fixed rates. All pricing is subject to negotiation and the derisking clarity of each transaction.

Onboarding

From application to first trade funding.

Onboard once, then fund trade after trade on the same rails.

    Eligibility

A registered company with an established trading history, verified through CAC.
