How every trade settles
  1. Inflows arrive
  2. Domiciled account
  3. Your business

One charge per trade. No property collateral.

How it works

Liquidity Financing, step by step.

  1. 01

    Tell us the need

Share the short-term requirement, whether payroll, agent float, stock or vendor payments, and the inflows that will repay it.

  2. 02

    We structure the cycle

We review the business and its incoming payments, then agree a short tenor and a price for this cycle.

  3. 03

    Repay from inflows

Funds are released within days, and repayment comes from your incoming payments through the domiciled account.

For example

A technology company's agent network

The network needs extra float during a peak sales week. We fund the float for that short cycle, and it is repaid as the week's collections come in.

Ideal for
  • Fintechs and telcos running agent and merchant networks
  • E-commerce and logistics firms with vendor payment cycles
  • Large industries smoothing payroll and stock purchases

Liquidity Financing

Funded for the cycle. Repaid from the week's inflows.

Why not a bank loan

Priced per trade, by negotiation.

A bank prices the facility. We price the trade, and the trade itself is the security.

XchangeBox: A single settlement from your buyer's payment
Pricing

How each trade is priced.

There is one charge per trade, agreed with you before funding, based on these factors.

Tenor of the trade

How long the money is out before the trade settles.

Speed of repayment

How quickly the buyer is expected to pay into the domiciled account.

Buyer or offtaker strength

The standing and payment record of the company paying for the goods.

Track record and security

Your history of completed trades and any additional security offered.

Derisking clarity

How clearly the documents and payment flow tie the trade to its repayment.

No fixed rates. All pricing is subject to negotiation and the derisking clarity of each transaction.

Onboarding

From application to first trade funding.

Onboard once, then fund trade after trade on the same rails.

    Eligibility

A registered company with an established trading history, verified through CAC.
