How every trade settles
  1. Buyer pays
  2. Domiciled account
  3. Your business

One charge per trade. No property collateral.

How it works

Trade Financing, step by step.

  1. 01

    Bring a confirmed order

You receive a confirmed purchase order from a strong buyer or offtaker.

  2. 02

    We fund the purchase

We verify the order and the buyer, agree terms for this trade, and fund the stock or inputs you need to fulfil it.

  3. 03

    Deliver and settle

You deliver, your buyer pays into the domiciled account, and the financing is repaid from that single payment.

The distributor wins a purchase order but lacks the cash to buy the stock. We fund the stock, the distributor delivers, and the financing is repaid from the buyer's payment within weeks.

Ideal for
  • Distributors with confirmed orders from large buyers
  • Suppliers to agro-processors and manufacturers
  • Value-chain SMEs growing beyond their own cash

Trade Financing

Secured by the trade itself, not your property.

Why not a bank loan

Priced per trade, by negotiation.

A bank prices the facility. We price the trade, and the trade itself is the security.

Bank: Fixed rate, fixed tenor
XchangeBox: Negotiated per trade, based on how clearly the trade is derisked

Access time
Bank: Weeks to months
XchangeBox: Within days of onboarding
Repayment
Bank: Monthly instalments
XchangeBox: A single settlement from your buyer's payment
Pricing

How each trade is priced.

There is one charge per trade, agreed with you before funding, based on these factors.

Tenor of the trade

How long the money is out before the trade settles.

Speed of repayment

How quickly the buyer is expected to pay into the domiciled account.

Buyer or offtaker strength

The standing and payment record of the company paying for the goods.

Track record and security

Your history of completed trades and any additional security offered.

Derisking clarity

How clearly the documents and payment flow tie the trade to its repayment.

No fixed rates. All pricing is subject to negotiation and the derisking clarity of each transaction.

Onboarding

From application to first trade funding.

Onboard once, then fund trade after trade on the same rails.
